ATX Alchemy is a small batch, bath and body care brand in South Austin. All products are handmade by The Philosopher — doctoral student Courtney Coffey.
Harnessing the four elements, she conjures palm- and cruelty-free soaps, scrubs, bombs and butters to nourish the body and soul. Most elixirs are vegan-friendly, and all are packaged in reusable and recyclable vessels.
Naturally drawn to the transformative al-chemistry of soap making, The Philosopher’s scent-sational hobby, previously reserved for crushing every gift-giving opportunity her friends and family could muster, has quickly morphed into a full-fledged side hustle. Female owned, philosophically operated.
